iPhone 3G no contract price

AT&T have announced feature price plans today. Subscribers will get iPhone 3G 8GB for $199 or 16GB - $299. For current AT&T customers, an upgrade is $399 for 8GB, and $499 for 16GB model.
You will be able to buy it contract-free, there is no release date, but we have the prices. $599 for 8GB, and $699 for 16GB. Contract-free iPhones will hit first European market.
