Sony Ericsson has announced three new handsets from walkman series. Sony Ericsson W902, W595 and W302.
Along with the handsets Sony Ericsson have introduced some new gadgets.
Sony Ericsson W902
W902 is the device with most features between those three. It has got 5megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and hardware music keys at front. It sports 256k QVGA TFT 2.2-inch display and 25MB built-in memory.
It has 8GB M2 card included in the retail package. It supports 3G and HSDPA. Also it sports FM radio RDS and stereo Bluetooth to compleate the music capabilities.
Sony Ericsson W902 will have autoscreen rotation – a lot like iPhone thanks to built-in acceleromete. There is geotagging feature too, but the device doesn’t have built-in GPS so will rely on cell towers near you.
Sony Ericsson W902 will be available in Wine Red, Earth Green and Volcanic Black from Q4 2008.
Sony Ericsson W595
W595 is quad-band too with GSM and 3G HSDPA support. It sports 3 megapixel camera without autofocus?? The display is 2.2-inch QVGA 256k.
The usual – Bluetooth, FM radio RDS and USB. In W595 retail package will exist 2GB M2 memory card to extend the 40MB built-in memory.
Sony Ericsson W595 will be available in four variants – Cosmopolitan White, Lava Black, Active Blue and Jungle Grey in Q4 2008.
Sony Ericsson W302
This is the last announced phone. W302 is budget phone it will be the most affordable. It sports 2megapixel camera and TFT display – 176 x 220 pixel 256k.
There is no 3G but it’s still quad-band – GSM and EDGE support. The usual – FM Radio with RDS, Bluetooth A2DP and USB. Built-in memory – 20MB and m2 card slot for expanding it.
Sony Ericsson W302 will be available in two colors – Midnight Black and Sparkling White in Q4 2008.
