Well i don’t know what’s the point, but Asus Eee PC 701 can run Windows 3.11 successfully. Maybe for purposes of nostalgia . So if you wan’t to mess up your Eee PC go ahead and install Windows 3.11 – it won’t be usable though.

Pioneer Australia have released DreamBook Light IL3, this is their third notebook and they are releasing it without any announcement. DreamBook Light IL3 runs on a Intel Atom-based processor 1.6GHz, 60GB PATA HDD, 8.9 inch screen, WLAN and bluetooth and 1.3 megapixels web camera. The retail price is $600 Australian dollars.

NEC Tablet Netbook – Atom-powered

Today NEC Japan have announced two new Tablet Netbooks. The 12PNC-W2/B2 (12-inch) and 5PNC-W2/B2 (15-inch). They are Intel Atom powered (Z530 @ 1.6GHz) with 512mb or 1GB of RAM, 80GB HDD and Windows XP or Windows Vista installed. This is Tablet PC with standart netbook features.
