LG KP500 is aiming in the midrange market. It’s sleek – 11.9mm thickness and it has got some nice design too. It may be affordable, but the design isn’t cheap. The design is borrowed from LG Renoir and it uses the latest LG Flash-based UI. The user interface is thumb-optimized but there is stylus in the package too.

LG KP500 supports quad-band GSM network for world-wide use. It hasn’t got 3G but this is for affordability. The camera has 3 megapixels with autofocus and LED flash. The screen is 3 inch wide touch screen with a resolution of 240 x 400 pixels. There is also microSD card slot, Bluetooth 2.0, FM Radio and accelerometer for auto screen rotation. It has got virtual QWERTY keyboard in landscape mode and office document viewer.

It weights only 89 g, LG KP500 will be available in Europe this October. LG says this is the most affordable Touch Phone, that means it must be cheaper than LG KF700 wich is 285 US dollars.
