The first main difference between Eee PC 1000 and 1000H is the storage device. 1000 uses SSD witch is more power-consuming and drop resistant, 1000h uses normal HDD like a normal notebook, it isn’t drop resistant and the battery is drained faster because it has got moving parts.

In Amazon are selling Acer Aspire One with extended battery - 6-cell battery instead of original 3-cell. The original 3-cell battery lasts for 2.5-3h, the new one 5h+ seems like a pretty good improvement.
Acer Aspire One sports 8.9 inch display, 1.6Ghz Intel Atom Processor, 1GB of RAM, 160GB HDD and Windows XP Home.

Several sites have reported that Dell Inspiron 910 mini is coming on the market this week. They all say Dell 910 will be released at the beginning of September - Inspiron Mini will be released in 5th September.
We hope this information is correct. There is no information abount Dell anouncement these days so we wait.
