Photos of nine Samsung handsets have leaked today. This seems to be the entire mid and mid range phones in the Samsung’s portfolio for the first half of the year 2009. We can see some pretty nice desings as well as a couple of dual SIM devices and one with OLED display.
Samsung S5050 – slider form factor sporting a 3.2 megapixels snapper, touch-sensitive keys below the display and 2.2 inch OLED display. Some other nice features of the device – LED flash, FM Radio with RDS, Bluetooth support and USB 2.o. The internal memory of the phone is 50MB – it’s expandable trought microSD memory card. The phone doesn’t have 3G, only GPRS and EDGE for data transfer.
The other interesting model is the Samsung B5702 – this is dual-SIM handset with 3.2 megapixels camera and slide form factor. It sports 2.4 inch 262K colors QVGA display. The phone has leaked yesterday – but now we have specs. B5702 will have Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 as well as quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE. This si the first quad-band dual SIM mobile phone from Samsung – you can use it worldwide. The model also has got nice battery – 1200mAh.
Samsung C5212 is one simple dual SIM mobile phones offering by the Korean company. It sports 2.2 inch 262K display with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels. The internal memory of the phone is 40 MB but you can expand it trought the built-in microSD card slot. The phone has 1.3 mp camera. Some other conectivity features of the phone – Bluetooth 2.0, USB and GPRS + EDGE.
Samsung S3310 is another bar shaped handset which will try to impress you with a 2.1 inch 16M colors display, 2mp camera and FM Radio.
The phone measures 99.9 x 48 x 13.9 mm and it has got also USB 2.0 and Bluetooth 2.1 conectivity. S3310 has got 30MB of internal memory and microSD card slot.
Samsung E2210 is the one with clamshell form factor. Its main display offers 1.77 inches, 262K colors and a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels. There is also external display but we don’t have information about it.
Maybe the best thing about E2210 is the quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks support. The phone has VGA snapper and measures 94 x 46.5 x 18.5 mm. There is no bluetooth – only USB conectivity.
Low-range slider – Samsung E1360 with 1.77″ 65K color CSTN display 128 x 160 pixels. E1360 features dual-band 900/1800 MHz GSM support – the phone is pretty basic.
Samsung E1210 and Samsung E1125 are two basic bar-shaped handsets. They both come with FM Radio as their main selling point. We are talking about dual-band phones – 900/1800 MHz with 65K color CSTN displays. Samsung E1210 has got a 1.77″ screen with a resolution of 120 x 160 pixels, while E1125 has 1.52 inches and 128 x 128 pixels.
The final handset – Samsung E1100 the most basic of all. The phone has a 1.53″ display and dual-band GSM support.
This is the information we’ve got so far. It seems that Samsung fights for the low to mid range mobile market challenging Nokia.
