LG have announced large amount of handsets at the start of the MWC 2009 in Barcelona. The LG KM900 Arena is still the best but there is some nice other LG phones.
First we are going to talk about LG GD900 and the transperant keypad – you can’t miss that, the keypad is actually transperat and very cool. For me this is the most interesting handset from the bunch. LG is refusing to unveil the most of the specifications of the LG GD900 witch suggests that the phone is in very early development stage.
The other big dissapointment is the lack of informatino about the LG GC900 – the 8 megapixel LG. There is one leaked picture of the phone but LG have confirmed nothing yet.
LG GM730 – a Windows Mobile powered handset with the support of S-class UI. This is fully touch operated device with 3 inch WQVGA resolution, WiFi, built-in GPS reciver plus A-GPS, 5 megapixels camera with autofocus, Bluetooth and USB conectivity. GM730 packs all this goodies and still is not thick at all – only 11.9mm.
Here is one slider – the LG KT770, it runs on Symbian S60 3rd edition UI and comes with preinstalled FP2. It offers 5mp camera with autofocus and 2.8 inch screen with WQVGA resolution, 3G and HSDPA conectivity. There will be two versions of the phone – 1GB and 2GB version, there is also microSD card slot.
Like Samsung, LG also have showed eco-friendly solar powered mobile phone – the LC KC910.
The big star of course is the LG MK900 Arena. The full specifications of the phone was known long time ago, but there was one thing that surprise us. The UI is perfectly smooth and runs unbealivable.
LG have also announced a bunch of low to mid-end phones designed for the users with tight budget.
