Good news for Windows Mobile fans. The release of Windows Mobile 6.5 was confirmed last week for the second half of the year. On 25 Feb Microsoft’s CEO Steve Ballmer confirmed the release of WinMo 7 next year.
The Mobile version of Windows 7 will look a lot like the desktop version – much tighter integration. Microsoft will make all the can to make up for the main disatvantage of their OS – the user-friendliness. Finger optimization – this is the key thing in the developers minds when designing Windows Mobile 7, we expect also a bunch of new applications too.
