Several hours after the information has leaked, Samsung made it official. The phone is named Samsung i7500, it offers great connectivity, a slim design – 11.9mm waistline and the latest version of Android OS.
i7500 has got a 3.2 inch AMOLED touchscreen with Half-VGA resolution. The phone offers all the connectivity feature you might expect in a 2009 flagship. There is built-in GPS reciver, WiFi support, 3G plus HSDPA and HSUPA and Bluetooth. Samsung have thing about the wired connectivity too, there is 3.5mm audio jack and a microUSB port.
Samsung i7500 has got 8GB of internal memory and it’s expandable via microSD slot. The phone runs on the latest 1.5 version of the Android OS. There is also camera onboard – a 5 megapixels snapper with autofocus.
The phone will become available in major European countries from June this year, but the price is still unknown. According to the rumors the price should be around 300 euro before taxes and subsides.
