Sony Ericsson XPERIA X2 have leaked again, this time we have specs, two more photos and we can tell you that the device is really in the making judging from the photos. This new photos reveals a large part of the specs sheet. XPERIA X2 will have 3.5 inch WVGA OLED touchscreen and an 8 megapixel autofocus snapper. The RAM and the CPU speed will also be upped; RAM – 512mb.

The new XPERIA will run on customized by Sony Ericsson Windows Mobile 6.5 OS and Windows Mobile 7 is also supported so an upgrade is possible when the new OS becomes available. There is also PlayStation 3 remote play feature onboard, built-in GPS reciver and video recording VGA@30fps.
