Pantech C530 - spotted at the FCC

Pantech C530 has been spotted at the FCC website. There is no much information about it, but it seems will sports full QWERTY keyboard and maybe touchscreen.
There isn’t 3G support, only GSM and EDGE on 850MHz and 1900Mhz. Maybe the device is targeted to low-to-mid range devices.
